A history
Established in 1994, Direct Capital remains owned and managed by three of its founding directors, Ross George, Mark Hutton and Bill Kermode.

Our team of 13 investment professionals is the largest and most experienced in New Zealand. Furthermore, the variety of backgrounds of these individuals – industrial, financial, consulting, entrepreneurial and legal – provides the resource to advise the Direct Capital funds on the most complex transactions.
