Originally from the Netherlands, Paul started his career with Klynveld Kraayenhof & Co, now part of KPMG. After migrating to New Zealand he managed several IT companies before starting his own transport company, which he sold in 1990 prior to joining Clear Communications. He joined TMT Ventures after 15 years in the telecom industry, where he has held senior finance, operations and business development positions for start-ups in New Zealand (Clear), Germany and the UK. Paul has an MBA from Auckland University.
